This is Prof. Abba Hailegebriel Girma's personal webpage. I am a Vice President for Academic Affairs and Professor at Holy Trinity University, teaching Research Methodology, Pedagogy, Orthodox Psychotherapy, Counselling Psychology, Leadership, Orthodox Spirituality and Theology. My main research fields are in developing interdisciplinary approaches to Counselling and Psychology that seek to clarify and understand counselling practices and their place in human life. I also have interests in Higher Education Management and Leadership, Ecumenism, Spiritual Direction, International Development Theories and Strategies, Library and Information Management fields.

I have studied Theology, Religious Studies, International Development, Information Studies, Counselling Psychology and Educational Leadership and Management in various Higher Education in Ethiopia, the United Kingdom and the United States of America.
